The Smoke House - Dallas Texas

A previously unused space, the homeowner was a serious outdoor chef.  We designed a comfortable, VERY functional space customized to store and provide easy access to an assortment of cooking logs, wood planks and coal storage.  It's now the 144 sq. ft. hit of the neighborhood.  

Unusable to Useful and Beautiful - North Dallas Professional Building

What do you do with 2 massive pools and fountains from the 80's that do not work, have become an eye sore, and most importantly are pushing tenants away; why, you demo them of course, with heavy noisy equipment, and disrupt everyones day... NOPE.  You design a low impact restoration of the space turning useless into useful.  Clean redesigned a 1 acre court yard from a dingy unused space to outdoor common area that is now the focal point for tenants.  Guess what, no major demolition, low noise and no complaints!
