A massive unnoticed ranch with over 1 acre 5 miles to downtown, pool, and privacy. Too good to be true without millions, right? Wrong. This gem was perfectly positioned and priced and sat unloved for years. Now the gem of the block and it spawned a renovation revolution on the street making this area the talk of the town for affordability and liveability.

The project consisted of a complete exterior overhaul. Stripping the old paint from the classic cedar siding, rebuilding the cool period specific pergola side entryway, completely updating the landscape and curb appeal, and most importantly, rebuilding and designing the massive pool and entertainment area complete with palm trees, tanning decks, custom furniture, misters, and surround sound.
